Strategy: 1 – Organizational Development
Objective 1: To promote competitive and skillful staff, technicians in every aspect and stand as a strong and effective management body.
- Review and revise department guideline
- New building construction (Women leadership Training Centre)
Strategy: 2 – Networking and Government Relation
Objective 2: The implementations are going well because the networking of internal and external organizations is improved.
- Meetings (Coordination, Department, Committee)
- Regular Data Collection for six months’ report
- Communication and Information sharing
- Networking /Linking with other Organizations, INGOs, CBOs)
Strategy 3- Fund Raising and Donor Relation
Objective 3: The projects are increased as the relationship and communication is better with donors. Training for financial management

Strategy 4 – Awareness Program: Awareness raising to the area under KBC and communities.
Objective 4: The communities are educated to increase in the knowledge of State law and thereby knowing their right so that the social justice is improved.
