Strategy: 2 – Networking and Government Relation
Objective 2: The implementations are going well because the networking of internal and external organizations is improved.
- Meetings (Coordination, Department, Committee)
- Regular Data Collection for six months’ report
- Project Inception Workshop
- Partner Platform Meeting with donors, stakeholders
- Networking /Linking with other Organizations, INGOs, CBOs, etc)
- Lobbying and advocacy with local and international stakeholders
Strategy 3- Fund Raising and Donor Relation
Objective 3: The projects are increased as the relationship and communication is better with donors.
- Financial Management for Producer group
- Training for financial management
- Envisioning the churches
- Awareness session on holistic mission and church mobilization process
- Facilitators are leading community dialogue.
Strategy 4 – Awareness Program: Awareness raising concerning Laws to KBC and communities.
Objective 4: The community are increased in the knowledge of state law and knowing their right that the social justice is improved.
